Job Description

Active Prospects is recruiting for Day Support Worker(s) to join our complex care service in Crawley, West Sussex. Three Bridges Road currently supports four individuals with autism and a range of other diagnoses. All have previously been inpatients in hospital settings and are now making Three Bridges Road their long‑term home. The role is about supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations
  • Supporting people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking
  • Supporting four ladies with a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms and finding their way into Adulthood
