Job Description:

Become a Mental Health Support Worker with Active Prospects! Service Type: Adult Complex Care Service. Speciality: Mental Health, Autism, Learning Disability. This service opened Summer 2024, and consists of 6 individual flats, with communal spaces. The service supports 6 females requiring a wide range of support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide emotional support
  • Help individuals learn new coping mechanisms
  • Support individuals in expressing their true selves

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with people with enduring mental health
  • Keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge
  • Willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support
