Active Prospects is recruiting for Day Support Worker(s) to join our complex care service in Crawley, West Sussex. The role is about supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations. Three Bridges is a female only service for four ladies who require a wide range of support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations
  • supporting four ladies with emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms and finding their way into Adulthood
  • supporting people who may self-harm, have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern
  • providing 1:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night
