We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker (Mental Health) to be part of our specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person led care, and making a difference to the lives of the people you support, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Supporting therapeutic, leisure, and daily living activities that promote wellbeing
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
  • Receiving expert training to enhance your skills and confidence in mental health support
  • Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a mental health care setting
