Job Responsibility

  • Empower individuals to live as independently as possible
  • Support with everyday activities such as planning and preparing meals
  • Keeping their home clean and comfortable
  • Managing personal care and medication (where needed)
  • Updating support plans and risk assessments
  • Getting out and about in the local community, enjoying social activities and hobbies
