Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

• Provide tailored support to individuals based on their needs
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals in accessing community activities, employment, or education opportunities
• Encourage independence and help develop life skills
• Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
• Record and report progress and any changes in needs or behavior

• Passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and empathetic
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training provided
• Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
