Job Description

Support Worker roles at Aspens are varied and include both team-based and lone working. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, nutrition, attending appointments, shopping, laundry, cooking, finances, and supporting social activities. Support Workers also complete documentation such as observation sheets, incident forms, and daily notes while implementing care plans under supervision. You will work closely with service users, their families, and professionals to ensure high standards of care, emotional support, and wellbeing. Aspens offers flexible working hours, full training, and ongoing support for your development.
