As a Support Worker in our Home & Living team in West Wollongong, you'll be supporting people in their home and community to build skills, enjoy everyday moments, and live life on their terms. This is more than a job — it’s the chance to build meaningful relationships and see the difference you make every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility
  • Encouraging independence and skill development
  • Helping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoy
  • Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
  • Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people we support

Requirements:

  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) required NDIS worker checks and clearances
