As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live independently, feel confident in their homes, and stay connected to their community. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and more meaningful.

Job Responsibility

  • Support people to build skills and reach personal goals
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, hygiene, and household routines

Requirements

  • Prior disability support experience
  • Minimum Cert 3 qualifications
  • Compassionate and people-focused
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Reliable and comfortable working a rotating roster
  • Organised and attentive to detail
  • Able to obtain First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC
  • Hold a current Drivers licence
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
