Job Description:

Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities, some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development

Requirements:

  • 12 months experience supporting those with Autism and Complex needs
  • Strong values
  • Energetic
  • Real passion to enable individuals
  • Must undergo an enhanced DBS check
