Support Worker Driver

As a Driver Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities who attend our Day Centre. Your day-to-day role will include: Safely collecting and returning individuals between home and the Day Centre; Supporting people to participate in a range of community and centre-based activities; Encouraging and enabling people to engage in meaningful experiences; Assisting with personal care where required; Keeping accurate vehicle and service user records; Carrying out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance; Working flexibly as part of a friendly, supportive team.
