Job Description:

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will help us to ensure that people are treated with respect and dignity. Your approach will be empathetic, compassionate, and focused on ensuring that the lives of residents are fulfilled and meaningful.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Support people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
  • Receive tailored dementia training
  • Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting
