Support Worker - Complex Care

Become a Support Worker with Active Prospects! Our service is for 4 people requiring a wide range of support. At present all the people we support have several hours of 1:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh. This service is close to public transport, with a short walk from the bus stop/train station to the service. We are also currently looking for drivers!
