We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our Community Services team in Warragul & Traralgon. In this role, you’ll support people in their homes and communities to build skills, achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting customers with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
  • Helping people connect with their community and participate in activities they enjoy
  • Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
  • Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people you support
