Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent
hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
passionate about human rights and creating positive change
empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
excellent communication skills
enthusiastic team player
availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.

Job Responsibility

Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance
develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth
provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges
collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals
support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections.

Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent or working towards
Valid Australian full driver’s licence, for the state you have applied for
Valid Australian working rights
Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications
