Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside teachers to create a stimulating learning environment and provide individual support to students

Requirements:

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Have the ability to follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Be caring and understanding of children's needs
  • Have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour
  • Be very well organised & efficient
  • Be open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues

  • Have experience of directly working with children with SEN
