Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support (advantageous, not a requirement)
Relevant experience in a care or support role
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
Availability to work across a 24/7 roster

Job Responsibility

Providing essential care and support
Helping children and young people with daily living skills
Attending appointments and social activities
Completing daily case notes, incident reports, and administrative tasks

Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
Create safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs
Work across 24/7 rotating roster including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays
