Job Description

Support Worker - Children's Residential. Location: Birmingham, B3. Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour. Shifts: Days & Nights Available (Flexible). Contract: Agency / Flexible Shifts. Shift Patterns: AM: 7:00am - 2:30pm; Afternoon: 12:00pm - 7:30pm; Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am. About the Role: We are recruiting for a Support Worker to provide cover within an Ofsted-registered children's residential home. You will support young people in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support children and young people in daily routines
  • Promote independence and positive behaviour
  • Safeguard and protect at all times
  • Maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards - essential)
  • Experience within children's residential care
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Able to work flexible day and night shifts
