Support Worker - Adult Supported Living (North Shields) Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? What you'll be doing: * Providing compassionate support to adults with severe issues related to drugs and alcohol. * Assisting service users referred from forensic wards and the prison service, helping them on their journey to stability. * Promoting a drug and alcohol-free environment, with strict adherence to zero tolerance policies. * Conducting regular drug and alcohol tests to ensure a safe and supportive setting. * Working collaboratively within a team, as this is a non-lone working service, ensuring consistent and comprehensive care. * Supporting service users with daily activities, encouraging independence, and fostering a positive environment.
