Job Responsibility:
Empowering Independence: Providing personalised support with daily living skills and personal care, always fostering dignity and choice
Creating Connections: Planning and participating in engaging social activities and appointments that promote skill development and community inclusion
Cultural Competence: Using your knowledge and lived experience to ensure support is delivered in a culturally appropriate and respectful way
Professional Care: Completing essential documentation, including daily case notes and administrative tasks
Requirements:
A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive
A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC)
Availability to work a 24/7 roster (including weekends and evenings)
Mandatory attendance for our one-week comprehensive induction program
Nice to have:
Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support
