Job Description:

Support clients with light cleaning and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and tidy home environment. Support with showering, dressing, and grooming so clients feel their best. Assist clients to attend appointments, run errands, or complete grocery shopping—helping them stay connected and independent. Prepare simple meals or batch cook to make daily living easier and more enjoyable. Help maintain routines and ensure medications are taken on time. Build trusted relationships and bring companionship, confidence, and positivity into your clients’ day.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Individual Support or similar)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (willing to travel across Summerhill, Launceston & Norwood)
  • Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC, First Aid/CPR
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (within 8 months)
  • Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
