Job Description:

Experienced Support Worker - West Cumbria (High Pay Rates). Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for consistent shifts and competitive pay? Randstad is currently partnering with Walsingham Support to find dedicated Support Workers in West Cumbria.

Job Responsibility:

Provide nursing and personal care for adults (under and over 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of recent UK experience in residential home services
  • Availability for a minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service
  • Valid mandatory training certificates + PMVA/Restraint training
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients
  • Candidates must prioritize booked shifts and strictly adhere to our 36-hour cancellation policy
