Job Responsibility:

Empower & Encourage participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and household tasks
Foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Create a welcoming and supportive environment
Keep accurate, clear, and timely records

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Driver's License & Insured Vehicle
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health and complex care needs is highly desirable
