Job Description:

Make a Difference at Honeybrook House! Honeybrook House provides care and support for up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and autism in a calm and welcoming environment on the outskirts of Kidderminster. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
  • Encouraging personal growth through hobbies, interests, and activities
  • Assisting with healthcare needs, such as attending appointments and administering medication
  • Teaching life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
  • Providing personal care when needed
  • Supporting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Offering physical and emotional encouragement and guidance

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience working in complex care settings
  • Must be over the age of 18
