As a Support Worker in our Community Services team in Shepparton, you'll be supporting people in their home and community to build skills, enjoy everyday moments, and live life on their terms. Job Responsibility:

Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility
Encouraging independence and skill development
Helping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoy
Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people we support

Requirements:

Compassionate, patient and respectful
Enjoys supporting others to succeed
Works well as part of a team
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
Holds (or is willing to obtain) required NDIS worker checks and clearances

Nice to have:

People with lived experience of disability (including family or caring roles)
People from diverse cultural and community backgrounds
