The Role: We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to provide care to children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and complex health or behavioural challenges. You will work in clients’ homes and the community, supporting them to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver tailored care and support in line with individual care plans
Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
Support participation in community activities and social engagement
Provide specialist support for autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and complex needs
Promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and professionals
Requirements:
Must hold a valid full driving licence and have access to your own car (essential)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Post subject to satisfactory Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
