Requirements:
1st or 2nd line role within end user support
A good foundation in end user support tools
Excellent customer service skills
Experience escalating incidents to appropriate teams and collaborating with teams to ensure great outcomes for our users
Handling access requests while upholding compliancy standards
Good Technical skills in the following: Operating systems: Windows desktop 11, Mac OSX and Chrome OS
