Support Technician

• Provide maintenance support for distribution systems, including conveyor belts, sorting machines, and automated storage systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues promptly to minimise downtime
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on distribution equipment with appropriate support where required
• Support in ensuring all equipment is maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
• Monitor the performance of distribution systems to identify potential issues
• Report any irregularities or potential problems to the maintenance supervisor
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance checks
• Maintain and record detailed records through CMMS of all support and maintenance activities
• Work closely with the distribution and logistics teams to support seamless operations
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies within the distribution centre

A qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or prior experience in a semi-skilled maintenance roles
