Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Support Technician II to provide onsite technical support for end users and executive staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, experience supporting enterprise IT environments, and the ability to serve as a local technical leader. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to support a variety of desktop, laptop, networking, collaboration, and productivity solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktop and laptop computer systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on PCs and related systems
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and other productivity applications
  • Identify and troubleshoot network-related issues affecting desktop and laptop users
  • Support video conferencing and collaboration platforms
  • Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support processes
  • Lead and participate in various IT projects and initiatives
  • Provide white-glove executive support and exceptional customer service
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians while serving as a local technical resource

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing white-glove executive-level support
  • 3+ years of end-user support experience
  • 3+ years supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installations
  • 3+ years troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years supporting Microsoft productivity tools, including Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • 3+ years supporting video conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience creating technical knowledge articles and documentation
  • 3+ years of experience using ServiceNow in a support environment
