Requirements

Relevant experience of leading and developing teams within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities
Experience of dealing with support plans and risk assessments and have up to date knowledge of CQC guidelines
Knowledge of dealing with any safeguarding concerns
Hold the Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent) or be working towards this
Preferably a car driver although not essential
Be flexible to work on shift where needed and visible at services

Job Responsibility
