Managing telephone, courier, and appointment traffic
Organization of office supplies and replenishment of shortages
Providing support to relevant persons, delivering documents, and performing filing operations
Requirements:
At least a high school graduate, preferably with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Proficient in MS Office programs
Regular, careful, and disciplined work habits
Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have:
Previous experience working in a law firm or similar office
Basic knowledge of English
Proficiency in digital archiving and office software
