Support staff

We are recruiting passionate, resilient individuals to work within SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) education settings, supporting children who need calm, consistent adults around them. You’ll work in small classes, providing 1:1 or 2:1 support, helping pupils regulate emotions, re-engage with learning, and feel safe within the school environment. This role is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, adapt quickly, and build strong, trusting relationships.
