Robert Half is working with an established local firm seeking someone organized and proactive for their Support Staff role. Responsibilities include administrative support, customer inquiries, and bookkeeping. Ideal for candidates proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a service-first attitude

  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong typing skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
  • Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
