Job Description:

You believe that Discovery Early Learning & Care can provide you with opportunities to grow, learn and reflect alongside other leaders in our program and sector. You are engaged and invest in your own professional learning and set goals for yourself to deepen your understanding of the culture of our programs, pedagogy and learning environments.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in a related field
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child development
Leadership skills
Passion for Lifelong Learning
Legislated requirements including Vulnerable Sector Check

Nice to have:

Including Ontario Certified Teachers, Child and Youth Workers, Developmental Service Workers, Social Service Workers, a BA in Psychology with a Major in Child Development
