You will install and maintain SKIDATA's access control and parking management systems and ensure optimal performance in Brussels and the surrounding area.
You will act as the face of SKIDATA, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services.
You diagnose and solve problems on site, so that the business operations of our customers are minimally disrupted.
You will work independently on projects, with flexibility in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing customer needs.
You are available for on-call services (every 5 weeks), so that the systems remain operational outside regular working hours, with an additional fee.
Requirements
You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
You are eager to learn and want to grow in a customer-oriented, practical engineering role.
You are interested in IT and enjoy working with technology.
You have experience in updates or patching (software updates)
You have excellent communication skills and like to work independently, but are also a team player.
You are fluent in Dutch and can get by in French and English
You are flexible, proactive and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic, field service position.
