Job Description

These positions play a vital role in supporting and guiding staff in the effective use of the Dayforce time and attendance system. You’ll help ensure payroll accuracy, maintain compliance with Award and Enterprise Agreement requirements, and provide high‑quality system support across the organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide frontline support to operational teams using Dayforce
  • Investigate and resolve timesheet‑related pay discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate application of Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Manage system access and troubleshoot issues in partnership with Payroll and IT
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience working with time and attendance systems
  • Strong ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreement provisions accurately
  • Demonstrated capability in investigating and resolving pay discrepancies
  • Highly developed analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, with confidence in managing and analysing complex data sets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or state/territory equivalent) required
  • Must be an Australian citizen or hold valid working rights in Australia
