Job Description:

Is to give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across multiple Outdoor Nurseries, gaining knowledge and experience in each setting
  • Provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most
  • Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children
  • Apply the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
  • Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
  • Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Requirements:

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 3
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Be willing to travel within the Winchester area
