Job Description

In this role you’ll work across multiple Nurseries, gaining knowledge and experience in each setting, to further develop your childcare career. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with Mandy and the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most
  • Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children
  • Apply the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
  • Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
  • Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Requirements

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 3
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Be willing to travel within the Winchester area

  • Must hold a Level 2 or above in Childcare
  • Must hold a Level 2 or above qualified, Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar
