Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We are looking for dedicated and resilient Support Staff to work within a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) boys’ school supporting pupils across KS2, KS3 and KS4. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to move away from long shifts and weekend work into a structured, term-time role.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities

Requirements

  • Experience in SEMH, SEN or behaviour support

  • Bridging the Gap: Manage liaison with schools and external agencies to ensure a seamless transfer of pupil information and support
