We are recruiting Support Mentors to work within a secondary Alternative Provision school—a specialist setting that supports students who may have struggled in mainstream education. This could be due to behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or barriers to learning. These schools provide smaller classes, more personalised support, and a strong focus on relationships, wellbeing and re-engagement in education. This is not your typical classroom role—it’s about building trust, being a positive role model, and helping young people get back on track.
