Willingness to work flexibly to meet the organisation's needs, with regular presence at locations and on-call support on a rota basis
Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle
Previous experience managing support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs
Able to plan, monitor and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives
Strong practical understanding of CQC/SCI Regulations and reporting requirements
Able to undertake CQC registration if required
Confident in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Willing and able to participate in the on-call support rota
