Job Responsibility:
Operational monitoring
Be the first to know if something is about to happen and act on it accordingly
Follow up on and identify possible gaps in our monitoring framework
Request intake and follow up
Process new incoming requests, clarify where necessary, and identify the steps to be taken to complete them
Involve colleagues in the request if specific skills are required
Don’t hesitate to escalate when necessary
Able to create and maintain good customer-supplier relationships
Participate in project go-lives
Participate in important go-lives and support both the client and project team
Ensure a flawless aftercare
Documentation
Create and update our documentation and standard operating procedures
Security
You are aware of the risks we face with regard to information security
You incorporate information security into your daily work
You identify (imminent) incidents in this area and act accordingly
Everything you do must be in line with our information security policy
Requirements:
CV and CL in English and/or Dutch Mandatory
professional and academic educational background (HBO/WO)
knowledge of and/or affinity with the business process surrounding order management
knowledge of and/or affinity with application management and application integration
knowledge of and/or affinity with website and cloud technologies
knowledge of and/or affinity with online ticket systems and monitoring tools
analytical, solution-oriented and think outside the box
good and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
