Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems
  • Produce concise reports from PPM visits
  • Keep various schedules and trackers of maintenance works up to date
  • Carry out small repairs & remedial works
  • Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
  • Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure
  • Document service activities

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Trend & IQ Vision
  • Experience with Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, ALC advantageous
  • Experience within the building controls industry
  • Understanding of mechanical plant
  • Time spent working within data centre environments would be looked on favourably
  • Proven diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Located within the North East
  • Possess a full UK driving licence
  • Hold a CSCS skill card or equivalent
  • Be PC literate
  • Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis
