We are looking for a proactive Onsite Support Engineer with strong experience in device deployment, imaging, and retail IT rollouts. This role supports store IT setups and network deployments across multiple locations, working closely with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Configure, image, and deploy laptops and end-user devices at scale
Provide onsite user support during and after rollouts
Support new store openings and refurbishments (IT and network setup)
Assist with network installations (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) and connectivity checks
Track deployment progress and resolve issues to minimise disruption
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards
Requirements
Strong experience with laptop imaging tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
