Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide level 2 technical support to end-users
Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues
Maintain up-to-date documentation on support procedures and technical solutions
Train users on new software and technologies

Requirements:

Experience in level 2 IT support
Good understanding of operation systems, current software, and hardware
Skills in network troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems
ITIL certifications is a plus
French is mandatory and a good level of English

Nice to have:

ITIL certifications
