The Support Engineer (L1) role at NTT DATA involves supporting various data technologies in a 24×7 environment. Job Responsibility:
Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis
Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
