Job Description

The Support Engineer (L1) role at NTT DATA involves supporting various data technologies in a 24×7 environment. Job Responsibility

  • Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis
  • Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
  • Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
  • Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context

Requirements

  • Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
