We are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1 Support) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basisPerform initial incident triage and severity classification Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
