Job Responsibility

  • Select, build, and optimize classifiers using advanced machine learning techniques
  • Conduct data mining using cutting-edge methods and tools
  • Integrate third-party data sources to enhance the company’s datasets when necessary
  • Refine data collection procedures to ensure relevant data is available for analytic systems
  • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to stakeholders
  • Address customer concerns regarding forecasting issues and data quality, and write codes to perform forecasting checks
  • Building custom scripts and logic using advance ML and AI techniques to solve business problems

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, K-Means Clustering, Naive Bayes)
  • Proficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn (expertise in at least two is required)
  • Experience in LLM, NLP techniques and Neural network
  • Experience in supply chain concepts and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of operations research concepts, including integer, linear, and stochastic programming
  • Strong critical and operational thinking skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Streamlit and Power BI
  • Proficiency in query languages such as SQL and Snowflake, or Python-based SQL wrappers
  • Solid grounding in applied statistics, including distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven background to have managed multiple stakeholders in a global environment
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must be self-motivated and quick learner - New technologies, platforms, integrations
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as warranted by the situation in critical times or to manage customer escalations
  • Demonstrates initiative and is inquisitive
  • Succeeds in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently without losing team synergy
  • Demonstrates customer service ethics and core values
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
