Overview: Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work" Position involves a role that is responsible for the implementation of Blue Yonder Category Management with good knowledge of Blue Yonder Category Management. These include independently handling the implementation and providing a solution to technical/functional issues. The Associate should have strong product knowledge in at least any 3 of the areas (SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, Reporting).

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintenance & support during the Implementation phase of the customer project to manage the environment & product-related issues
  • Assists in resolution of problems escalated by the customer or other Blue Yonder associates
  • Consults with customers/associates concerning maintenance of software systems
  • Review an existing application set up and resolve the customer reported issues
  • Incident resolution for a specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project
  • Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency
  • Provide 24/7 coverage for Catman customers
  • Understand the configuration and setup of the Users and take care of User Management activities
  • Handle all the batch failures
  • Assist co-team members in executing various activities like DB Refresh, Monitoring management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve batch and data load issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Experience with working on Azure & understands Azure landscape to Implement the product architecture effectively
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting
  • Good knowledge in Category Management Product
  • Hands-on experience with installing and configuring the product
  • Good knowledge of Oracle RBDMS concepts
  • Familiar with Azure Basics
  • Preferably should have completed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification
  • Knowledge of batch scheduling tools used in Azure

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding on the Control-m & other CLM/BL tools
  • Knowledge of any defect management tool
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Previous experience working in any of the cloud technologies
  • Familiar with basic network terminologies
