Job Description

Customer is executing a project to move from IFS to Oracle ERP Cloud and currently executing Cutover and Going Live in January. Current Go Live scope in France & Middle East.

Job Responsibility

  • Use business and functional expertise to help the client during the first months of Go Live helping adopting the solution
  • Support End user providing clarification on system functionalities to be used and new processes
  • Perform bug correction testing
  • Ensure that there is a good communication between IT support representatives offshore and the business in France
  • Ensure that the business users have clear visibility and understanding on what they must do
  • Have a close relationship with the business and IT people involved
  • Escalate potential situations to the project governance and support management
  • Take initiatives, communicate and escalate if it is identified that something is wrong
  • Ensure that the business takes ownership of the solution
  • Moderate and animate sessions with people having different backgrounds, different cultures, different native languages

Requirements

  • Good experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud in finance modules
  • Very good teaching skillset and experience in Finance domain
  • Good functional skill in the following Oracle ERP Modules : Finance (GL, AP, Expenses, Fixed Assets)
  • Business expertise in Finance processes
  • Ability to properly document, present and summarize
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to drive people to decision without having a managerial position
  • Personal skillsets: Rigorous, Pragmatic, Organized
  • Written communication skills
  • English: Excellent written and verbal communication
  • French: Excellent written and verbal communication
